Fun Facts

Founded by Irving T. Bush in the early 20th century, Bush Terminal was the first facility of its kind in New York City and the largest multi-tenant industrial property in the United States. Keeping to the property's entrepreneurial spirit, the $450 million redevelopment modernized the campus to support the modern innovation economy and bring quality jobs to the waterfront.
