Duggal reinvented a dilapidated building, bringing new life, jobs, and activity to a once-forgotten space. Its massive glass windows face the East River, and a private waterfront patio offers views of the Manhattan skyline.

Once a shipping warehouse, the Greenhouse was fully retrofitted by Duggal Visual Solutions in 2009, maintaining the iconic structure while incorporating a clean and modern design. With 70-foot ceilings, concrete slab flooring, a drive-in loading dock, private offices, full power, and WiFi, the possibilities are truly endless!
